So I am a bit nervous about training chest today. The tendonitis is still there in my shoulder but the muscle strainer seems to be gone. Regardless I will keep from going too crazy today. Hopefully if I take it a bit easy for one more week I will be ready to go next week!

On the bright side...my ham is feeling much better! Maybe I will incorporate some stiff leg and partial deadlifts in to my workout routines this week! I am gonna slowly ease back to 100% but I am excited to be able to do those things!

Yeah man. Should have. Had to cut it short on my third set of flat bench with just 145. It started to get tight and strained on me. This is getting so frustrating. I am feeling the best I ever have and I was building up serious momentum and injuries strike. I have never had problems with injuries so this is something hard for me to deal with. I am full steam ahead all the time. I will probably only do legs and light shoulders this week. Skip on the back and chest. Might do some light arms. So...hopefully next week will be better.
