Jcm's road to the 2013 npc Southern Classic!

So day two back in the gym is in the books and it was a good one! I killed some legs for sure! They are absolutely dead and I cam hardly walk but I am loving every second of this feeling!

180x15
210x12

Exercise3 bb stiff leg deadlift
135x20
135x20
135x20
135x20

Exercise4 seated leg curl
130x15
160x15
190x12

Exercise5 bw walking lunges
Bwx20(each leg)
Bwx20(each leg)

After that I was dead! I am actually cramping now when I get up to walk. Lol. I went really heavy on the leg press and it felt very good! Everything else I kept moderate to low weight. I went extremely light on the stiff legs and my ham felt really good. I just didn't want to test it! So far so good this week and hopefully it keeps up!

^^^^^^ Love me some stiff leg dead lifts!!!

How far off the ground do you platform yourself or do you stand flat on the floor?

Me too burn! In my opinion they are the best exercise for hamstrings! I have never actually used a platform. I do them from the floor but I feel that I get a very good stretch even then. I need to try them for sure though.

Oh man....you gotta try elevated bro. Take two of those aerobic step platforms and stack them. Unless your gym is a real gym and has various wood planks and platforms for powerlifting and shit.
get yourself off the ground so your picking the barbell at the same level as your toes. The stretch and pump is unreal.
