Yeah man. Should have. Had to cut it short on my third set of flat bench with just 145. It started to get tight and strained on me. This is getting so frustrating. I am feeling the best I ever have and I was building up serious momentum and injuries strike. I have never had problems with injuries so this is something hard for me to deal with. I am full steam ahead all the time. I will probably only do legs and light shoulders this week. Skip on the back and chest. Might do some light arms. So...hopefully next week will be better.

I know the feeling man I messed up my shoulder a few months ago as soon as I started making good gains.. Needless to say I can barely do chest now! It blows. But just go extra hard when you heal up brotha!
