I just had a microfit done... was off the chart on Biceps strength and Cardio fitness... bad back flexibillity though, and bad blood pressure (due to ECA use for last 2 weeks).
But I had a weird result on Bodyfat, maybe the girl doing it did it wrong, but it said I was about 18% bodyfat, then I did a Biolectrical Impediance test which said I was 16.4%, now I was assuming I was around 12% bodyfat since I am smaller waist then ever (33"), and have gained huge increases in strength.
Could this be due to operator error, and if so, how can I more accurately tell my BF%? Also, I am on a CKD at the moment if that might throw it off, and do about 1 hour cardio 5x a week, and lift 4x a week.
