Goofy question .... MCTs and Peanut Butter, etc.

Here's a new one.

I know that its good to take MCT when training, especially when ON. But how much? I have a bottle of Udo's oil and I was wondering how much I should take per day.

Also - what the deal with Peanut Butter? I have heard many guys casually mention that they eat a bit of this when training ...... why? Is this some sort of alternate MCT source? How much shoudl one take, and is it not required if taking something like Udo's oil?
 
both mct oil and natural peanutbutter are good choices for a ketossis type diet.they also have essential fat your body needs to help w/energy .
