Summer shredder. I plan to get myself into pretty good shape over the next 6 weeks before I run this over the duration of the summer. I'm a pretty muscular guy but I just got back from my 3 week honeymoon in Hawaii and I need to shed some pounds. Any muscle gained is a plus but my foundation is big enough. Plan to dial in my diet along with cardio and of course the iron. Baseline will be a solid start come 6 weeks. Looking forward to this.
