suss only cycle 500mg a week

just dropped the dbol from my cycle now doing 500mg suss a week should i-
mon -suss
tue- off
wed- off
thur -suss
fri- off
sat- off
sun-off
mon -suss

or just jab on the 4th day and make it a 8 day week
mon- sus
tue off
wed off
thu off
fri suss
sat off
sun off
mon off
tue suss

i doubt it matters that much but i just want to get some opinions

I liked e3d works out about 580mg ew keeps thing a bit more even
Im doing eod now with some proviron and its much better than e3d
