My 4th cycle

Trying something new. My last cycle was test deca just like how I plan on running it this time. I got way leaned out and put on muscle mass. This time I’m going to add some SARMS with a whinny finisher at the end. I do things in the ten day because it makes math easier, so here we go. Not sure when to run the SARMS either at the front, middle or end. All comments welcome, thanks guys/gals!

Diet: 2,800-2,900 k/cal
Protein: 30% (215g)
Carbs: 45% (322g)
Fat: 25% (79g)

Gym: 6 days a week body split (chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders/traps)

5’10”
215 lbs
18-20% bfp post holidays [emoji51]

My plan is to trim down to 200-205lbs before I start.

Deca 225mg E3D days 1-120

How long ago was your last cycle? You leaned out and you're now 20% BF?
 
6-8 months ago, I bulged a disk in my back about 3 months back and have been slowly getting back in track. Had a lot of down time, that and again, holidays where a bit rough lol. Beyond that I’m coming down from a peak weight of 340lbs so it’s really hard for me to differentiate between body fat and excess skin, so lean for me I guess. Yeah, gross I know but it is what it is.

spanish food can be perfectly healthy.. just avoid flour'ed food and use coconut or real olive oil instead of hydrogenated/veggie oil
 
u should definitely get into better condition before using any steroids... a sarms stack by itself would be ideal right now to help you get there...

Yeah, figured I’m that. I have at least a couple of months out before I plan on starting. I have to reform my foundation of consistency with both my diet and my work out. Like I said, I was in it and going great. This injury just set me back a bunch. What would be a good SARM or stack to help get me to a better place in your opinion.
