injections, sweats, cramps, itchiness and clen

i've been getting some cramping in my lower left and right abdomen with extreme sweating when im injecting myself. i dont think the cramps have anything to do with dehydration because they only happen when im injection myself. same with the sweats. ive also noticed that my feet, arms and scalp have been itchy. im using fina, ultragan and stanazolic. could these symptons be that "vet fever" i hear about? also, how do you all do spot injections while on clen? im on 200mcg/day right now and have problems getting my hands to steady.
