Alright so i have just finished my PCT and the whole time i have had depression. Im having bad thoughts and feeling really down on life and re thinking everything, i know its the gear. I still have my libido the problem is my head is all sorts of fucked up. It doesnt help that in the last few months my best friend passed away, i left my long term girlfriend for another girl and ive lost my two jobs, talk about a bad run huh so now i have all this lovely free time to ponder about life and its fucked up!!! Im not feeling especially depressed about loosing size or anyhting because my training is still going really well ive barely lost strength i think the factors in my life have made it worse but is definetely the gear which is making my feel like this

Ive read serms can cause depression and also test can due to hormone imbalances, i would just like to hear some words of wisdom from some expereinced guys so i can have a better understanding of whats going on so i can feel better about it and do something to fix it.

There are a couple factors to clarify: Depression, is a cheap excuse invented in the last maybe 30 years, to justify the failure of some humans to control their emotions with their reason. Everything that is making you "depressed", is related with emotions. Use your brain. Now, behind that, there is another factor, which is the hormonal imbalances. But again, is psychological. Before, depression didn't exist, because grown real men were used to work hard in their farms everyday in any type of condition. No work, no food. Simple. Not time to cry like a baby.

So man up, plan for the next day. In this situation created by hormones, focus yourself like a machine on the next day. Day by day. You won't notice when your back to "normal". Hit the gym, keep your diet, look for a job, motivate yourself with the coming summer. By summer you'll be working, with money, looking good, fucking like a rabbit.

stress, depression, anxiety, panic, is all the same shit invented by doctors to make money with chemicals that make you worse.

BTW Bromo is nortorious for mood swings and depression the best thing you can do is relax listen to soothing music and if you're not taking a multi-vit/mineral Do so now, adding a B-complex to it will help counteract sides.

Brother, you have some points... the mind is a power things... and your view can color your perception of reality and trigger depression....

BUT,, and this is a BIG BUT... some people are more succetible to depression...and YES... Chemical inbalance (be natural or side effects) do have a strong influence.

I suffer from a rare condition were my bodies convert testosterone to estrogen in an unbalance way... in adult hood... Tried many things... many techniques, many doctors, and yes.. even with some novaldex, letrozole, and arimidex... nothing helped...Prozac, zolof, wellbutrin, etc... None work for me (though this last medication have been proven to be more effective in women than man)

So... I was placed on TRT to treat my depression... and gues what... PROBLEM GONE... Before, I will be soo succetible to terrible depression episodes... and I tried to control it with the mind, which helped a little... BUT NOTHING FOR ME WORK AS TRT.

In addition, there are my proof that today world is hositle to testosterone... the food you eat, the water, the air, all contribute to testosterone level to drop.. making man more sensible... Flourated water (95% Of US water supply) lower testosterone and make man more passive. Food with industrial soy lower testosterone and raises estrogen. High fructose corn syrup (US COMERCIAL SWEETENER OVER SUGAR) rigs havoc on your hormonal system... And yes.. BEER... if in large quantities, raises estrogen... (I dont like beer, I am a hard liquor man)

If of the last paragraph does not convince you, ask your self why there are so many man and women with homosexual tendencies this days...(and I am not talking your born gay person) Yes.. you guess it.. enviroment is saturared to testosterone antagonists and estrogen surpluss... lower a man androgens, and raise is estrogen... what do you get.. TRANSEXUAL... if not convince.. see the drug transexual take... lower testosterone, raises estrongen... whoe else they have femal fact distribution, breat, female skin, and yest.. FULL SET OF HAIR that shines as a girls. (NOW, again, why people are gay depends on many factors)

So...to add to your comments, depression is both chemically, mentally, emotionally and socially... Is not that simple.

But, I agree with you in the part that the mind, values, and culutal education can increase the suceptibility to depression.

Needto said it all VVV
