Is it me or is arimidex having affect on the density of my chest? My chest was easily my most noticeable feature but during my time taking adex it seems to have shrunk. Not saying my chest was all hard muscle mass, but there's definitely a difference

why are you using arimidex in the first place? your post makes no sense without giving some more info

Arimidex is an aromatize inhibitor (AI). It prevents testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen.

Arimidex will have no effect on how dense your muscles are.

It could be that your chest was just retaining water, thats why it looked big and puffy and with arimidex the water got flushed out, hence the smaller size
