I'm GLAD that I was sarcastic actually.... otherwise I'd have been just fine with passing up my old PR of 560 with a measley 570 instead of the 725 I ended up doing thanks to you :D

For you oatmeal cookie girls out there – I used organic instant oatmeal with cranberries, added water and a little baking powder and cooked ‘em up this morning. Not bad……

And - Nice leg presses woman!! I so wish you were still around here, we would have been workout buddies. I’m still in the 400 lbs with my presses, but I betcha I can catch up!

WHy thanks girllllllll!!! Its chromium picolanate it was suggested to me to add it in so read up on it a bit and figured was worth a shot ;)

Good :p Glad you were able to throw some sort of recipe together, I told you it was easy and just add in whatever!

ANd you are soooooo right, if I was still in TX we would be workout buddies for sure! Maybe if I'm ever back in town we can hit the gym together too :rose:
