Is it normal to not sweat?

Hi everyone! I am a young woman, 26 years old. Itrain regularly in the gym, with a trainer, and I train with a lot ofintensity. I can do more than anyone else in our group can. The thingthat got me wondering is the fact that I don't sweat, almostcompletely don't sweat at all. But I do train a lot. Is that normal?Should I do something about it?

Everyone is individual, and if you feel fine, then there is nothing to be worried about. My wife sweats little as well, and she feels just fine. It is like sleep - everyone has a different ratio, which is normal.

Most thin individuals don't sweat much because they don't have much body fat as insulation.

I am the same way. I don't sweat much during my workouts either.

Perfectly normal and it's actually a sign of good health.

This is very different for everyone. As long as you are capable of sweating I wouldn't worry. Your body just needs to be able to cool itself down when needed.
