Wake: I think it was about 9am.. :rolleyes: ( 2 cardio breezes & 16 oz.water)

9:30: cardio 50 mins on dreadmill 4.2 speed @ 10 incline burned: 520 calories

meal 1: 11am: post workout shake 2 scoops of pp w/ 1/2 cup of raspberries 8oz water w/ 1 slice of rye bread & 1 tbspn Almond Butter:

Protein: 54 g, carbs: 29g, fat: 9g
calories: 405 calories

7:00pm meal 4: Post work out shake

9:00pm meal 5: 3 oz of chick w/ 2.5 oz of avocado & 1/2 cup of string beans

Totals for today: Totals calories 1430 Fats: 49 Carbs: 56 Protein:198

wake: 8:30 am: 2 cardio breezes & YES rubbed on abs & legs..
cardio: 5.3 mile trail= jogged & speed walk (feeling lithargic this morning from low carb day) :mix:

meal 1: shake w/ 1 cup of berries & 1/4 cup of oatmeal & 1 tsp almond butter :p 51g protein, 5g fat, 23g carbs

meal 2: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal =18g protein, 9g carbs, 1g fat =158 cal

meal 3: 4oz grilled chick w/ 4 oz yam & 1 tsp almond butter = 36g protein, 20g carbs, 5g fat =292 calories

meal 4: 4 oz ground turkey w/ 4 oz yam = 25g protein, 19g carbs, 8g fat =239 calories

Train: Legs & possible spin class???

meal 5: post work out 1.5 scoop pp w/ 1 cup of berries= 37g protein & 14g carbs, 1 g fat = 203 calories

meal 6: 4 oz tilapia = 24 g protein, 4 g fat = 139 calories

Totals 1315calories fat24 carbs84 protein191

Will make any changes if necessary!!!.. but this is the plan for today..

Wake: 7:30am (Terrible night of sleep I am exhausted and soar & cranky) :evil:

cardio: 40 mins on eliptical burned 420 calories

Meal 1 9:30am: post shake: 2 scoops of pp w/ 1 cup of berries

11:00am: 1 tbspn of almond butter w/ 2 slices of toasted rye bread :p

12:45pm meal 2: 2 cups of lettuce w/ 4 oz of grilled chick (balsamic vingr & oil)
3:30pm meal 3: same as meal 2

5:00pm meal 4: 4 oz ground turkey w/ 4 oz yam

6:00pm: Spin class & abs :evil:

7:00pm meal 5: Post workout shake :p

9:00pm meal 6: fish 4 oz tilapia

**Trying to hit the sack by 10pm**... hopefully.. not been sleeping too well lately.. :worried:

meal 1 10am : post workout shake w/ 1/2 cup of rasp. & 1/3 cup of oatmeal & 1tsp almond butter

meal 2 12pm: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal & tsp almond butter

meal 3 @ 2:30pm: 1/2 cup of escarol, 3 oz of chick & 2 oz of avocado

meal 4 @ 4:30pm: same as meal 3

5:30: Spin, abs & chest

7:30pm: Post work out shake

9:00pm: Fish :p

No time to post nutrients..perhaps later after work... in a rush gotta go..

LOL.... and this me on a low carb day having trouble with cardio.. you should see what I can pump out on high day... ;) Usually run 5 miles in 45 mins and can burn up to 800 calories... :evil: ... I was disappointed w/ burning only 450 :rolleyes: ....

Off day today.. no cardio or weight training.. sorry I didnt have time to post yesterday or today will update you guys tomorrow!!!!
