Advice Please (Diet & Cardio)

Hello All! I am new to this site and would love to hear from any experienced females concerning my diet and cardio. My personal goal is womens physique next season. I have competed before and I have been lifting for 5 years now. I am currently trying to put some size on. My current stats are :28 yrs old, 5'4, 143lbs.

I usually eat the same daily :

Meal 1 (right when I wake up): 4 egg whites, 1/4c plain oats made in microwave, splenda. 1 cup of coffee with sugar free hazelnut liquid creamer.

GYM time

Meal 2: post workout shake: 2 scoops of whey isolate protein powder, 1/2c dry oatmeal, water, and ice cubes blended.

Meal 3: chicken or fish with broccoli or califlower

Meal 4: protein, veggies, and 1/4 quinoa

Meal 5 (before bed): 2 scoops of protein powder and handful walnuts.

What do you ladies think? I usually do cardio daily....I hold my fat sub-q and struggle with glutes and hips. ANY advice would help.....thanks so much.
