    Sun-Chest/back
    Mon-Abs/Legs
    Tue-Arms
    Wed-Abs/Legs
    Thurs-Chest/back
    Fri-Abs/Legs
    Sat-Arms
    This is my weekly schedule. Chest and arms get 3 days rest, is that too long? My training is mostly calisthenics.

    Sounds like a normal rest time to me. Do you intend to workout 7 days a week with no rest days indefinitely?

    Yeah.... I can do 2-3 weeks without a break but much prefer to schedule days in as I've all my life to improve.

    it depends on the intensity

    no way can you do legs 2 out of 3 days if you were at high intensity and heavy
