not only that but dont forget that the 2 parts will also pre-exhaust the tris and you will not get out your full potential once this happens, use the push pull system and space them as bookends as to your back routine.
 
JAN, I disagree with your training split...I guess you are trying to bring out your arms a little more, but how can you effectively work youchest and delts the day after triceps???I can you expect to bench and push weights when your arms are so fatiqued and sore the next day....?
I workout like this:
MOn: Chest & quads
Tues: Back & forearms
Wed: Shoulders
THur: Triceps & Hamstrings
Fri: Biceps & Calves
This workout has done wonders and I also train 3 light sets of tris with chest and 3 light sets of biceps with back.....Good Luck
