I was just curious into peoples thoughts on adding 2 presses on Shoulder day. People tell me to add alot of rear delt tho as back is 1 of my strongest points they get blasted hard on back day.
What do you think of something like this?
Barbell Press 3 sets
Rear Delts 3 sets
Front Delts 3 sets
Side Delts 3 sets
Machine Press 2 sets
every week i would change exercises around to keep the muscle guessing but would it be good to throw in a extra press for overall mass?
