Instead of traditional Push, Pull, Legs I decided to do this routine bc i would like to focus on arm and shoulder growth the most... Also I am on test e and about to be on winny....

Shoulders
Arms (3 workouts each )
Cardio
Repeat

Abs daily, and warmup cardio is 15-20mins incline walking....

How does that sound for focusing on arm and shoulder??
