Best split for a returner

When you come back to training after a long hiatus,is it best to train a bit of everything, or do the usual splits ofone-two muscle groups per day? Want to get back into training, butthough I would find that our first.
 
I would recommend to do circular training for thefirst month in order to get your body adapted again to stresses, andthen start lifting in splits. If you will start working out insplits, you may overload and injure yourself. On the other hand, bytraining each muscle group a little bit on each training youdistribute more the stress, and it becomes easier for the body.
 
Hi Lev! What do you mean by circular? Do I do a set of each exercise one by one, or finish all the sets for each exercise before moving to the next one?
