I had several people ask me if I could post some pics of when I was "on" to see the difference in my physique versus now. Keep in my mind I was also training and dieting for a couple bodybuilding shows. My recent pics are yes without gear but are also only after 2 weeks of training and eating better after virtually taking off for 8 months.

There's a clear difference between before and now but definitelly you'll get there soon again. You have the discipline. Just close your eyes and keep going. The results will be there in no time. Congrats!

26 in last years pics. I just turned 27 the beginning of June. Please, nobody say anything. I already know I'm getting old
