Your Max Bench, Dead, Squat ?

Let’s hear it!

Post your MAX 1RM on all your main lifts, Bench, Deads, and Squats, put in your frame size along with weight. Everyone’s curious so let’s have a stats background on all your lifts.

Dead 340
Squat 285
Bench 305

Height 5"10'
Wieght 193 lbs

Bench - 225
Squat - 275
Dead - 335

6'0", 183 lbs.

Bench - 270
Squat - 325 poor form
Deadlift - 305 poor form

6', 190 lbs. Working on proper form thanks to this board.
 
just a rough guess

I don't really max out much but i will psot the closest i can do
bench 335x5 about 2 monthst ago
Dead 500x2 a few weks ago
Squat 335 5x5 two days ago, past parallel, most likely if I did one set it would be around 365+ for about 5

Dead - 475lb raw (No belt or straps)
Box squat - 350lbs raw.


Goals:
315x3 -or- 315 w/bands
Deadlift - 500lbs raw
Squat - 405 raw

Squat 120kg(264lbs)
Deadlifts 150kg(330lbs)

the squat and deadlifts are very conservative estimates as I have not done much of either in the past few months...bad i know!

bench - 250 x 8
squat - 315 x 8
st leg deadlift 315 x 8

so maybe i could????
Bench - 280
squat - 365
deadlift - 405.

just guessing.
