I was talking to this guy at the gym today and he told me the last cycle he did was 50mg Prop EOD for 16 weeks, 75mg tren EOD first and last six weeks, T3 and alternated clen with ECA.

He said he went from 20% to 10% within those 16 weeks. Also said he dropped a lot of BF while gaining LBM. I thought you could not do both at the same time?

EDIT: sorry guys, thats 50mg of Prop not Tren.

4 months and 10% bodyfat decrease, with a solid diet and heavy cardio regimend I say Easily done, i lose fat and gain muscle at the same time on EVERY cycle

I last sept dieted hard with a lot of cardio went from 227 with 17.8% BF to 206 with 8.9% BF. and I also gained about 12-15# of muscle cant remember exactly but I know I went from 227 benching 355 to 206 benching 395 that was with just a hardcore diet low carb /low fat , and 1cc 250mg of trenbolone enanthate e6d!! I did it in 6 weeks.I ate 6-7 meals a day so yeh i believe the guy, its possible. I just pretended I had a show and it was in 6 weeks just wanted to see how quick you can transform yourself if you have a lot of discipline!!!!!
