Second, pharmacokinetics supercedes you're workout mentality. When the drug is in your system, you simply cannot recruit motor units in an optimal manner. Nor can you generate maximal contraction within those motor units that are stimulated.
It's your choice. Again, the first thing that I'd be concerned with is your liver.Bishop4 said:not enough to affect my w/o personally. its about 18 hours since i take my last dose. i understand its built up in your system basically all the time (higher at times, lower at times) .....but it is low enough in the morning for me to w/o without a problem. and i steer clear of the lortab anywhere near my w/o. if anything i take one before my night job at 5:00pm. again, not advocating using your pain meds for anything but their intended use everyone.
