Workout Routine

Im not sure about this new routine im starting.
Mondays: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Tuesdays: 30 min Cardio. stomach
Wed: Legs
Thursday: same as tuesday
Friday: Biceps and Back
Sat/Sun: Rest

You think mondays are to much? Being in the gym for close to 2 hrs is a little rough. If its a good workout i'll stick to it, i just want your opinion's. Thanks
 
I personally do NOT like doing pushing movements together or pulling for that matter. Push/ Pull is the way I go simply because I do not believe in Pre Fatiguing a muscle. After Chest and Shoulders your tris will be torched. If you are hell bent on doing Chest and Shoulders together do tris w/ legs. Your Monday workout is too much.
