Plunk, I just saw this on CNN and you beat me to post it. What a friggen HO BAG. lol she was texting BOO BOO and tripped and busted her ARSE. lol They interviewed her on CNN and she was crying saying how it embarrassed her and that she was having emotional distress problems because the security guards posted it on Youtube and were laughing at her. LOLOLOLOLOLOOL .. If that case even makes it to the filing stage of a lawsuit, it will be a miracle.

If there's any justice in the world, the Judge will terminate that woman's right to reproduce.

The fact the video was leaked to the media and can get free press is probably why the lawyer took the case for free. File a lawsuit, claim negligence, and drag it out and hope the mall will settle. It's all about "settling" - no one ever wins these lawsuits. She might get a whopping $10g's after lawyer fees if she's lucky.

It's stupid for her to sue for the fact that she fell in because of her own obliviousness or that nobody helped her, but it's not that crazy to sue the security guards for putting it on YouTube. People have been suing other people for publishing stuff about them they didn't want published for a long time now.

My dad deals with idiots like this all the time. Recently, he represented AMC after a kid jumped off the second story of an AMC movie theatre to the first, where his friends were, and broke his arm, then decided to sue AMC claiming it was their fault because there was no sign telling him NOT to jump.
