I read this some were and it works for me do your warm up set them do two or three clap press ups(were you push up hard and fast so you can clap inbetween pushups) this will give you a bit xtra poke for your 1rep max
That's my thinking also. You don't ask for luck to bench your max, either you feel confident to do it or you don't. Asking others for luck won't do shit when it comes to pushing weight off your chest. In fact, my thinking is, if you have to ask for luck most likely you have already psyched yourself out.
you seem to be plenty strong enough... get your mind right and explode.. i had the same barrier at 315, all in the mind.... get past there and watch out 350...
