OK im drinking mass amounts of water today but will a big heaping bowl of brown rice & tuna help me get over this hangover? i kinda feel like a tummy full of rice will ease my symptoms? im hoping so cuz im stuffed to the gills right now.

whats with greasy food? how does that help. i have heard this many times. i cant stomach any greasy food though.

i dont have a stomach ache really or even a headache i guess i just feel woozy and weak and majorly tired.

actually the best hangover cure i've ever used is pedialyte with some excedrin.....pedialyte probably hydrates you better than anything else.

although, if i can stomach it at the time, I will often crack a beer first...it helps ease the symptoms quicker.

Yes we all know that drinking something that dehydrated you in the first place is the best bet for getting rid of your dehydration.

Its mainly something called acetaldehyde i beleive. Its something your body produces in reaction to a lot of alcohol and it makes you sick basically.
