Krazy, using that logic, we should not use any steroids or eat carbohydrates ever again. They increase igf-1 production. And again, igf-1 does not cause cancer. It increases the rate of growth once you develop the tumor. Actually, gyno is caused by several hormones interacting together... you remove one, or get it low enough, gyno cannot occur. Thus saying "a gram of test a week causes gyno" is a false statement. A true statement, according to what we understand to be true at this time, would be "someone who uses a gram of test a week has a higher chance of developing gyno than if he used less."
Now, by looking at what Fonz and I have both have stated, a reasonable conclusion could be, "People who have cancer should not use trenbolone."
