it seems that there still is the myth that the "BENCH" is everything
and this leads to a purpensity of lies, I have this one kid come up to me and explain that while he has only been lifting for 6 months and weighs bout a buck fifty he flat benches a wopping 300 pounds. I felt like saying lets see it right now, but I really just wanted him to stop talking to me and broadcasting "what do you think about dbol?" as loud as he could...
why lie?

.....I was shopping today and some young kid asked me how much I benched......I looked at him and I don't bench....he seemed astounded and then asked "how'd you get so big".....I answered "lots of sit ups and push ups!"
