Why did this happen?

I know this has been discussed before but could not find anything.


Saturday, I had a scheduled overfeeding.
I checked my weight Sat Morn. Ate about half of the days usual diet, then commenced. I actually ate about 3500 extra cals, kept the fat as low as I could and enjoyed myself.


Sunday Morning, I checked my weight....and I weigh 1 pound less than before.? I wasnt bloated or lethargic the next day as I thought I would be either. It have heard of this happening before but wonder why? Does this speed u[ the metabo that fast or boost leptin that high?

fluctuations in weight vary from day to day and sometimes even from hour to hour.

in other words, you may weight 200 pounds monday afternoon before your workout, and the next day under the exact same conditions (food in stomach, water intake etc etc) you may find yourself at 203 or 198 for example.

the reasons for such fluctuations are not precisely figured and i cannot really theorize why such fluctuations occur.

personally, i notice such flucutations all the time as i weight myself before every workout.
