been mia lately...slipped out of south beach few months ago...now im back in detroit and the money is starting to come in...wtf? poorest city in america and im doing better then i was in sobe...wtf??? got a bouncing gig at a club in detroit pays 15 an hour hahahha with free drinks and the networking pays for itself......lol cant go wrong there and got a sales gig in a more affluent suburban city..closed 3 deals for 1500 in the first 10 days...not much i know that, but it has some potential thats for sure..... nothing is gonna compare to the old days in miami with 10,000 months but fuck it....few months ill be rolling a benz again hahahah

plus note is you can buy a home here for 5000 and up in a normal neighborhood..... every 10 nights i dont drink i can get a new crib....hahahah

If you think about it, it's not that crazy that you can make/do better in detroit than in miami. Miami has a shitload of competition...whether it be good or bad,there's a shitload of it. People go specifically to live there, and in a fucked up burst bubble it's pretty much impossible for a lot of people ot survive. No one goes specifically to live in detroit and the city hit such rock bottom that it has nowhere to go but up. miami will get that point again but not yet

hahahaha at everybody...detroit is cracktown...but downtown detroit is actually become really nice...you still have your hood folks and crackheads but there not allowed in my bar anyways so theres no issue there...lol for most part its all locals business people in there 30s that hang around...


calveless u saw my struggle there thats for sure...lol competition in miami was insane..was basically lawless in my field...working with people here now I'm blown away...I actually call people they pick up, nobody cancels on my appts...People actually do what they say here...AND THEY SPEAK ENGLISH....lol...Things should go well...Main issue I've had so far is peoples credit...8 out of 10 peoples are destroyed...Out of 12 deals I put together in 2 weeks only 3 were actually approved...lol
