Who uses 150lbs dumbell for

A correct french press should be done seated, Dbell starting Hi above the hard and lowered with elbows in to just below mid skull
then raised.
 
This deep enough? It wasn't heavy...but I had to get it up from the ground by myself to get it into place. Did 2 easy sets of 5. I have a mpeg if I can find a place to store it on-line...

Hope that works. My camera will only take a 5 sec mpeg on the timer...and it took me a few seconds to get it from the ground and overhead before I could press it.

Bfold keep your elbows in more...other than that looks solid.

But I still think the tate press is the best tri exercise

Will do. My elbows don't go in much more though...lol. It isn't easy getting my hands that far behind my head unless I have a bench to lean against. I felt very strange doing them like that too. I could have done 10 easy reps I believe...but was afraid to go to hard...no spotter and no place to drop the weight...

Yes...Tate Presses are great!!!!
