okay so im currently cruising on 250mg testerone cyp weekly

over the last 3 days ive started using arimidex to help with the bloat

ive used .5mg, everday (so 3 days total)

and i havent noticed a significant reduction in bloat

is this normal? i still have some moon face, and DEFDINATE water retention around my arms, shoulders, legs etc

doe sit just take longer for arimidex to start showing its effects?

can take up to a week but also take into account that the longer you are on the cycle the higher your test levels are going and the more estrogen conversion is going on. Remember taking .5mg even ed is a starting point or eod is a starting point and what one would take from the start of a cycle to prevent the problem. Its a maintaining dose. My advice to people if they already have the problem is to use a higher drop down or "kill that shit" dose first then taper down to a maintaining dose after.

SO kick it up to 1mg ed till the problem starts to go away then drop it back down to .5mg ed for a wile and then down to .5mg every other day.

You should definitely notice a significant reduction in water-retention within at least 5-7 days.

A dryer look is a nice advantage to low e, but anti e's should never be used to reduce bloat. Lower your dosages or change substances!

Good advice, but the use of an anti-estrogen(AI) during cycle or for men on HRT in order to reduce estrogen levels is typically justified and usually extremely beneficial.

Of course. But some guys see it as a quick fix for bloat. Using one drug to counteract the sides of another is not a great idea. And as you know, if e gets too low it's a health risk.

True. Not to mention the bad effects on lipid profile, specially from adex.

Ya hrt and some one doing a cycle are two different things. Please do not tell me you are into the whole "everyone should use a ai from the start thing"? If you know you need then well yes take it from the start. Always have them on hand but use as little as you can get away with or non at all. If you start to get problems then blast it and drop back down to maintaining doses. As long as you got what you need on hand you got nothing to worry about and why waist the gains.

Then again some of the main reasons ai's reduce gains are not a problem when using forma-stanozolol
