All natural - I've done 245 for a couple sets of 5 and repped 225 for 13. If I could train the bench consistantly without aggravating my shoulder it would be higher.

5'9 193lbs. mainly body build. Did a 5x5 when i was over seas this summer hit 335. 22 yrs old. been lifting for 5years, few breaks 3+months x 2 (which is devastating) for military. Basic training was catastrophic. went from 185 to 150
its a very tight denim shirt that acts as a spring. your arms are stuck out like frankenstein when its on, as the bar lowers it gets tighter and tighter.
