What will work best with alot of cardio work?

Just got back from the Gym, and was told Winny may be a better choice. Looking at the History, alot of runners, kickboxers, and track people have been caught using this.

Strentrainin im not looking for increase in the Cardio, just would like to maintain my level of Cardio while i build up.

One confused lad right now :) Spent hours reading............

at 31, you may feel the winny in your joints and it is hell. Those that used winny did not just added as an afterthought it was part of a specific training regime and at a specific time of the season. I guarantee they were not just on winny, it is just that is what they were caught with b/c of the timing of test.

You need to isolate your training to specific season on/off/building and craft specific gear to fit into that season (e.g. maybe test and equipoise during recovery/beginning of building to get stronger and trigger a chain of events netting more red blood cells--and thus better performance); then anavar during the season to help with recovery/maint, and strength gains as you work near the limit.

AAS is really is sport-specific (goal specific) and then within that, gear specific, and you can't really do multiple things at the same time--at least not super effectively. You need to look at what you do all year and what is the purpose of each phase, then tailor the gear (or no gear) to fit that specific purpose.

Cramps can and will happen with just about any AAS I think (especially the highly androgenic ones). I used to get a really strange cramp when doing sit ups while on a Deca Dbol combo. I'd also have the muscles in my biceps and/or calves lock up when taking anadrol. One advantage of taking an oral though, is that if it doesn't work, then you can just move on. As far as the running and swimming, it could cause a problem (via cramps) but I would give it a shot with the DBol if I were you. You'll feel good and you will definitely put the weight on. Just start with a low dose and bring up to a dose you feel comfortable with.

I think with that much cardio though, it doesn't matter what your AAS is or your PCT, you will lose it quickly. But hey, never hurts to try

I failed to mention there is some significant research that "suggests" (not conclusive) that AAS can cause left ventricular hypertrophy (the valve gets a bit bigger/deformed a bit compared to the opening causes leakage in the heart). The problem is that the studies have not been ideal and really after-the-fact conclusion based on self report and then the hypothesis is reason from there (so far from proven)--see. e.g. Cardiac effects of anabolic steroids

That said, I had a full workup done a couple of years ago--I am 45 and there were no signs of any issues in spite of what most here would call insane cardio and moderate gear use. However, I did not start gear until I was in my 30s so that may or may not mean anything--

I don't foresee any solid evidence forthcoming as we all know that no one actually studies the typical gear user--its the outliers they see who only appear on their radar when there is a problem (e.g. the one bro who shuts down and cannot restart--not realizing he was shut down long before gear for other reasons)

^^ I have also heard that any weight lifting causes enlargement of the heart. The heart is a muscle so when you build muscle they all grow including the heart.

just to chime in with a bit of philosophy here..

dont listen too much to the people who have been caught. normally not the best group to listen too.

now for some advice

1. prioritize your goals
2. eat properly for your goals
3. train properly for your goals
4. supplement properly for your goals
and then.. after applying that lifestyle for a few months..think about if steroids are right for you.

right now 2, 3 and 4 are not being done...

I suggest you start a thread getting those things in order before you start to think further about juicing.

Just do a test cycle

Do a low dose test cycle or get u some sarms. S-4 and ostarine made my cardio go through the roof while getting alot harder. Many even throw some GW in there.

enlarged heart is okay (to a point) it's when, for some reason of which I have no idea, the one valve deforms and does not close correctly ans then sorta leaks--

the problem is that its a chicken-egg thing---the guys that have this have done gear--but did they have it before? no one ever knows.

The studies point to gear and try and fit into how it also affects cardiac muscle--but as far as I know there still is no solid cause and effect for the valve hypertrophy--but that does not mean for endurance bros like me its not something that should be ignored completely (hence the full workup I had done--at least it establishes a baseline).

let me get this straight:

So a 20k is a 'small bike ride'?? Then kickboxing and 2 hours of cardio

9m run the next day? Thats almost a half marathon.

Then the next day you do 100 lengths of swimming.

You want to put on 10 pounds? Stop doing all that cardio and you will gain 10 pounds.

And go ahead and take others advice and go with the dbol.. Then when you are on mile 1 of your 9m run and you fall to ground in agony from the shin pumps come back on here and let them know how wrong they were giving you that advice. Let me know how far you get on your 9 mile run, if you make it to mile 2 that will be impressive

:d
