D ) feel like less of a whimp because he is new to weightlifting and can't even squat the weight a lot of the guys in the gym are benching.
Anyways, here is mi...err....his current 6 rep max.
Bench Press - 105 lbs
Shoulder Press - 2x35 lbs
Standing Tricep Extension - 40 lbs
Standing Barbell Curl - 60 lbs
Squat - 200 lbs
SL Deadlift - 80 lbs
Seated Calf Raise - 200 lbs
