It's weird, but I have some of my trance albums on my ipod and occassionally I will let one play in the gym. if I am in the right mood it can really help.

i have an ipod but honestly i only put it on when im doing my assistance work..i cant stand not being able to hear myself think/concentrate when lifting besides i completely tune thing out when preparing for a lift..

it would be nice to hear something hard and heavy inbetween sets though

Yeah but I've been out of the trance and techno scene for awhile so I wouldn't know what artist to buy..Does anyone know if Ron D Core is still around? He was fucking awsome back in the day..

I love listening to house during cardio. It just zone's me out..
