hell, my house is empty as for the same reason. if my house is full of awesome stuff, furniture bla bla, girls picture themselves living there as my gf/wife, and then they refuse to have sex until week 3

if my house looks like a rich itinerant guys place like it does ie 3 queen beds, a cafe style ottoman outdoor setting, and various dj decks/speakers/bullshit there, then girls think "this guy hasnt really got his shit together properly yet...but hes funny and cute, and hes actually hitting on me, so...yeah, ill have sex with him, why not" and so im having sex on day 1 or day 2.

lately the ultimate pickup line has been when theyre in my house, saying "do you want to have sex?" point blank and when her mind is reeling with "OMFG who actually says that" i take them by teh hand and thats that. ridiculous.
