As far as it goes for dating women, what league am I in?

Details:
I am an introvert, never been kissed, work as a desktop support person, make a little less than average income yearly. I still live at home with my parents, because i dont feel my job is stable. I'm 23.
I'm smart, nice, honest, and can be funny. My self esteem probably isnt as good as it could be though, and in general i tend to be unhappy by myself and wish I had a woman. I dont have much of a social life, or many interests.

I know technically that any man can get any woman if he puts his mind to it, but lets admit it, leagues still exist. And I want to know, on average, what kind of girl would be attracted to me? How attractive should the girls be that I go after, which ones are in my league?
