Allright well im allready into weight lifting and stuff like that but I also want to add in some fighting stuff so if I ever am in danger I will be able to really defend myself or others I care about. Has anyone ever done San Shou its like a millitary based art that I have gone to that is really cool and the instructor is pretty cool too. Other arts that are offered as clubs here are....

And reg. boxing
THey are all free by the way At a first glance I was thinking to just do boxing but then I realized I dont really want to do a lot of conditiong. And im sure a guy that uses his feet could kick a guys ass that just uses his hands..... so what are your opinions? Ive allready got a very good weightlifting regimen.
