What happened to my pec?

OK, I had gyno surgery a couple of years ago. Afterwards my left pec was deformed. Notice on this pic when flexed one side is higher up than the other. On my left side there is no muscle left under the nipple area or lower. I've been doing dips and declines out the wazzoo trying to build up the lower pec but there just isn't any muscle left under there. Has anyone seen this before? Could the surgeon have removed part of the muscle when he did the liposuction? It looks completely normal when I'm relaxed. Here's the pic:

I'm going to check with another Doc. Maybe I was just born with a fucked up pec and didn't know it because of the gyno, but I doubt it

Sorry to hear about your misfortune with your gyno surgery. Your pec definatly looks f'ed up. How long has it been isnt the surgery? I believe you have like 2 years to claim any lawsuits, but I may be wrong.

Are there any reconstructive surgeries you can get to implant more tissue or something in that area?

Thats what i was thinking. Thats ruff man. Maybe with surgery they cant spread your muscle out and even it up to make it look normal, but I really am not sure.
