What happened to my pec?

Hey bro, it looks like you have absolutely no lower pec? How could that happen with gyno surgey? They would have to remove the muslce and the doctor would have to be retarded to do that.

BigTbone... I developed gyno about 14 years before I even knew what dianabol was and even before I started lifting so you shouldn't be so pissy about my juicing.
What I'm trying to find out is whether the Dr. did indeed fuck up or whether it's possible that I was just born like this. My pecs were symmetrical before the operation, now they aren't. My gyno was mostly on the outer part of my chest and I'm not sure why he removed so much tissue from the middle.

The doctor will remove the breast tissue lump. He will also remove any and all remaining cells which he can see. Muscle looks completely different and, unless the man was high, he wouldn't have removed any by accident. It is very easy to remove such tissue overlying muscle. And he surely wouldn't have removed any muscle on purpose. He would have taken your nipple before he would have taken muscle.

How long ago did you have this done anyways? It is very surprising that you developed gyno on one side during puberty and never developed it on the contralateral side during AAS usage.

I did have gyno on both sides. However, the surgery only left one side looking like that. The other side just has a little bit of loose skin but there is a noticable difference in the shape of the muscle on my right side. It extends about two inches lower. Like I said, it looks fine when relaxed, it's only flexed that looks bad,
