slowly increase your calories every day. eat more every meal and start turning snacks into meals
breakfast 1 6am
breakfast 2 830am
lunch 1 1030am
lunch 2 100pm
dinner 1 700pm
dinner 2 930pm
each of those meals for me have about 500-700 cals
I drink a bunch of milk with whey protein added
I also have some snacks like greek yogurt, protein bars, wheat bread w/ olive oil, pasta salad, hard boiled eggs.. etc etc
Ill also have about 2 shakes a day.
breakfast meals - egg sandwiches on bagels or whole wheat bread, french toast, omlettes, eggs or some combo of all that
lunch - chicken,turkey,roast beef sandwiches, left over dinners, salads
dinner - steak, burgers, chicken, ribs, always w/ veggies
im a skinny dude who eats a ton of food.
a year ago i was eating less than half that. just worked my way up slowly
