Dude, that kind of thing happens all the time.

Some friends and I got nailed for walking down the street drinking beer one night. You can bet your ass we were bent over the hood of the cop car....and while it may seem excessive, I know that it's just standard procedure.

One of my friends is RCMP, and from what he tells me, cops are trained to assume the worst in any situation. Procedures like handcuffing, frisking, etc, exist for a reason and everyone is subjected to them. Those procedures protect the cops, the general public, and even for the people being detained/arrested.

If I were you, I'd keep your mouth shut. But if you choose to start ranting and raving, be sure to tell us what happens.
