IT was worse than that. She said he cuffed her 17 year old friend and was going to take her to jail(in a bikini) and it was her birthday and he was going to throw my daughter in JV because she is 16.I think that is just utterly ridiculous for smokes. Sheesh we all smoked in our youth.

Okay, that IS ridiculous. No cop would do that without a reason though. It really sounds like your kid and her friend are hiding something else.

Cops are overseen by a civilian municipal authority. If you wish to complain, please do it that way.
