I don't know about that. In Portland Or. a 22 yr old chick was pulled over for speeding and the cop blew her head off when she tried to take off. A grand jury said the cop did the right thing because she could have ran him over.
If that cop would have had this 22 yr old's hands on the hood of his car she might still be alive
