Monday and friday chest/shoulderse
Saturday and tuesday legs
Wednesday and friday back/arms/abs
I'm 23 years old and I am new to weight training. what else should I do on Thursday that I am missing

you're doing shoulders too much
a lot of chances for injury here
 
only safe when you take more time off
