Vitamins from Mejiers,wal-mart,grocery stores...

Ok I go to college and basically my budget is fairly tight. so ive been buying my aminos,glutamine,C&E,zinc at these stores. do u think that im wasting my $$$ on these generic vitamins or do u think they are actually helping out??? please let me know cause I would hate to be taking something that isnt doing jack for me...

I take the Meijer brand - they are the same thing as the Centrums. I usually take two and piss the rest out.
