V82's Test/Mast/Var cycle log - lets roll!!!

Friday trained chest tris and shoulders.
Strength has slightly increased after only 5 days, you notice that before when you would fail after 3 or 4 reps, now i can push out another 3 or 4 before failing.
Saturday was back, traps and bi's and sunday rest day.
Appetite has increased, pretty much eating every 2-3 hours.Libido has gone through the roof the last few days, constantly getting a hard on at ease during the day lol with the slightest of sexual thoughts!!
Calories are still around 4000 mark. With carbs only pre and post workout.
Last night had my first cheat meal of the week, smashed 1 1/2 domino's pizza.
Tonight not looking forward to legs as my quad is still corked form yesterdays prop shot!
 
Officially been one week, up 5.5lbs
chest, shoulders, tris today
Did a PB today on Incline Dumbell press 110lbs a side x 3 reps
Will post a pic at the end of this week on progress!
Though i would share my PWO shake, think its pretty good!!
190ml Egg Whites
250ml Skim Milk
1 scoop of ON Whey Protein (strawberry flavour)
Hand full of raspberries
1 x Bannana
75g of Oats
All mixed and blended
Cal - 760 Protein - 65g Carbs - 86g Fat - 12g
 
Today was back/traps/bis
Tbar row Pb was 308lbs x 7 reps
Weighted wide grip chin ups
Machine row super setted with reverse fly's
high cable rows super setted with bent over rows
behind the back barbell shrugs supper setted with close grip chin ups
seated dumbell curls x 7 sets 45 seconds rest in between sets
fkn pumped after this workout, took one scoop of Jacked pre work out
up to 188lbs in weight now
 
legs today was painful with a corked thigh.
Managed to pull out 4 x 308lbs squats ass to the floor
apetite is pretty big now, first day was struggling to eat 4000 cal now no problems
Not getting any bloat at the moment which is good, think the mast is helping there.
No sides to speak off, a little warmer than usual and sweating a lot more at the gym.
Tomorrow chest, shoulders, tris then got mates bday so will try not to drink to much 6 or 7 if i can control myself.
Only time i plan on drinking during this cycle. havent had a drink in 4 weeks either so been good in that department.
